How it Works:
The Piano Club makes learning to play the piano fun and convenient. Piano clubs meet once a week, conveniently after school on the school's campus. All materials, including a take-home keyboard, are provided to students during the first meeting. Students are required to bring their keyboards and materials to school with them on piano club meeting days. A reminder text is sent the day before to help parents remember to pack keyboards for school.
Classroom teachers are notified of students participating in The Piano Club and will ensure the student arrives at the designated after-school club location where they will be met by their music teacher on meeting days. Pickup locations will depend on the school and will be shared before the first club meeting.
What it Costs:
The Piano Club provides quality music education at less than half the cost of traditional music lessons. The 9-week course costs $195 and covers the rental of take-home keyboards! We feel the gift of music should be available for all students, and should not have a financial barrier. If you would like to split the payment in two, please contact us and we can set this up for you. The first payment is due at registration and the final payment is due 4 weeks after the start of the club. Scholarships are available for financially eligible learners.
Instrument Information
If you do not have a piano - no worries! The Piano Club provides a keyboard for every student attending our after-school program at one of our local schools. After-school students can take their keyboards home with them so they can practice during the week. Students must bring their keyboards to school on their scheduled meeting day each week. Students are responsible for the care of the keyboard while it is in their possession. If the instrument is lost, damaged, or not returned, parents will be charged the full retail value of the instrument. Each instrument comes with a carrying case.
